Having struggled with accidents in the past, Alisha has taken to wearing a pull-on style diaper full time, instead of regular underwear. In this scene, that turns out to be a good idea as she finds herself locked out of the bathroom and desperate to pee. Eventually, she has an accident, but her diaper saves her jeans from getting wet.
